I am pleased to announce that Associate Professor Miriam Scadeng has been appointed as the Head of the Department of Anatomy and Medical Imaging.
Miriam trained as a clinical Radiologist at the University of Cambridge in the UK, and spent 20 years at Caltech and the University of California San Diego using medical imaging technologies, and in particular high-field MR to answer complex scientific questions. Miriam’s research and teaching expertise mirrors that of the Department, and as such, she is the ideal candidate to take over the leadership of the Department from Professor Maurice Curtis.
