We welcome Ghazal Mehri-Kakavanda, a PhD candidate in the Department of Anatomy and Medical Imaging who registered in December 2023. She is supervised by Associate Professor Alan Wang and Dr Sibusiso Mdletshe.
She has a full UoA scholarship. Her project focuses on developing a Radiomics Model Based on PET/CT Fused Images and Clinicopathological Factors to Predict Disease Recurrence in Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. Ghazal’s work can be found on Google Scholar.
