Many congratulations to the Neuroφanos project team. The Neuroφanos project team were this year’s winner of Velocity’s 100K Challenge.” The award provides seed-capital and support for the team in growing their project to develop a neuro-surgical – neuro-navigation tool for more accurate tumour mapping to improve precision in brain tumour removal.
The Neuroφanos team is a multi-disciplinary group of investigators from Physiology, ABI/MedTech core, and CBR/Anatomy and Medical Imaging. They are Dr Hamid Abbasi, Dr Sarah-Jane Guild, Distinguished Professor Richard Faull, Associate Professor Samantha Holdsworth, Dr Angus McMorland, Professor Thor Besier, Professor Mike Dragunow, Professor Poul Nielsen, and Professor Laura Bennet.
