Edward Ferdian has been placed on the Dean of Graduate Studies List in recognition of the excellent work he achieved with his PhD thesis. This award is a great achievement, as it is only presented to a few recipients each year from the many doctoral students who complete their theses.
He was supervised by Professor Alistair Young and Associate Professor David Dubowitz. His thesis was titled, ‘Motion and Blood Flow Analysis of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging using Deep Learning’.
