Associate Professor Clare Wall has been appointed to the role of Academic Director of the School. She replaces Professor Michelle Glass who has taken up a new position as the Head of the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Otago.
As academic director Clare will provide academic oversight and leadership of non-medical aspects of the School of Medical Sciences teaching programmes and liaise with the Medical Directorate to provide input into the Medical programme as required.
Clare will retain her leadership of the Discipline of Nutrient and Dietetics, but will delegate the day to day running of the Dietetic Programme to Dr Andrea Brahui’s
