The Medical Imaging team is excited to welcome PhD student Simi Meledathu Sasidharan from India. Simi specialises in bioinformatics and AI applications within the medical domain. With a robust background in computer science and extensive experience in healthcare data collection, analysis and management, she has developed expertise in predictive systems to enhance medical decision making.
Her notable work includes the development of a predictive model for female infertility. Simi’s contributions to the field are highlighted by her publications in reputable journals and conferences, including the IOP series and IEEE. Her commitment to healthcare research is driven by a desire to leverage technology for the betterment of society.
