We welcome our PhD students Francis Middleton and Kelly Peterken. They are both in the Department of Molecular Medicine and Pathology.

Francis Middleton’s thesis title is ‘Immune Cell Phenotyping of Acute Rheumatic Fever and Rheumatic Heart Disease’. He is supervised by Associate Professor Nikki Moreland and co-supervised by Dr Reuben McGregor.

Kelly Peterken’s thesis is titled ‘Development of a polyvalent Staphylococcus aureus vaccine targeting major disease-causing strains in New Zealand’. She is supervised by Dr Fiona Radcliff and co-supervised by Professor John Fraser.
