A warm welcome to PhD student Marco Annandale, Department of Physiology.
He is supervised by Dr Kim Mellor and co-supervised by Prof Lea Delbridge. Marco will be investigating the underlying mechanisms of heart dysfunction in diabetes. His studies will have a particular focus on how the heart metabolises fructose sugar in healthy and disease settings.
