Congratulations to Tiffany Eng, Department Molecular Medicine and Pathology has successfully defended her PhD thesis titled ‘Elucidating the mechanisms guiding lymphangiogenesis in the zebrafish’. She was supervised by Dr Jonathan Astin and co-supervised by Professor Stefan Bohlander.
Tiffany has accepted a post-doctoral position in Professor Dave Langenau’s laboratory at MGH – Harvard, where she will be working in zebrafish models of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and rhabdomyosarcoma.
Jarred Griffin has successfully defended his thesis titled ‘The development of an astrocyte-selective AAV gene therapy to express ADAMTS4 in efforts to promote repair after spinal cord injury’He was supervised Dr Simon O’Carroll and co-supervised by Associate Professor Deborah Young.
