Laboratory manager Alhad Mahagaonkar has been appointed Vice President for the Australian New Zealand Association of Aquarium Professionals (ANZAAP) for the 2018 board. ANZAAP is a non-profit organisation and its purpose is to foster dissemination of quality evidence based, scientific information to further the field of animal aquatics. Its primary function also includes the maintenance of aquatic husbandry and health, both in aquatic research model organisms and species of public aquarium significance.
