Congratulations to Rikus Botha, Christopher Lear and Amelia Power for successfully defending their thesis.
Christopher Lear successfully defended his thesis ‘The challenges of fetal life. Asphyxia, infection and clinical treatments’ and is also place on the Dean’s list. He was supervised by Professor Laura Bennet and co-supervised by Dr Joanne Davidson and Professor Alistair Gunn.
Rikus Botha successfully defended his thesis ‘Characterisation of Melanocortin 4 Receptor Constitutive Activity – Signalling by Signature’. He was supervised by Associate Professor Kathy Mountjoy and co-supervised by Associate Professor Johanna Montgomery.
Amelia Power successfully defended her thesis ‘Mitochondrial energy transfer in animal models of left and right ventricular hypertrophy’. She was supervised by Dr Marie Ward and co-supervised by Dr David Crossman.
